시니어의 기업가 정신과 개인의 환경특성이 창업효능감과 창업의도에 미치는 영향 연구

As seniors entrepreneurship becomes economically and socially important, studies on the factors that affect senior entrepreneurial intentions are increasing. In Korea, ahead of the super-aged society, securing social and economic engines through seniors is an important time. Therefore, this study surveyed male and female seniors aged 40 years or older to find out the effect of entrepreneurship and Personal environmental characteristics on Entrepreneurial Efficacy and Entrepreneurial intention. Of the 335 responses, 323 responses, excluding insincere responses, were analyzed using statistical analysis tools, SPSS 23.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. In this study, the hypotheses, that the senior entrepreneurship and personal environmental characteristics have a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial efficacy, were adopted. And, hypothesis, that entrepreneurial efficacy has a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention, was adopted. These results indicate that entrepreneurship and personal environmental characteristics are useful in increasing entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. This suggests that entrepreneurship education is necessary for seniors and that seniors with weak personal networks need to activate a system that provides an environment in the public domain. In the future, It is hoped that research on entrepreneurship and economic activities of seniors will be continued in more specifically and actively to solve the problem of super-aged aging in Korea.
