The Effects of Entrepreneurship of Executives on Organizational Culture and Innovative Behavior

This study confirmed the effect of entrepreneurship of management recognized by organizational members on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational culture. This study used the Windows SPSS 24.0 program for 325 final valid surveys to verify the hypothesis established according to the research model. In other words, the research hypothesis established through factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis was verified. First, the entrepreneurship exercised by the management of Hypothesis 1 was confirmed to have a statistically significant effect on the innovative behavior of organizational members and was adopted. Second, in the relationship between entrepreneurship and organizational culture, entrepreneurship showed a positive (+) significant effect on organizational culture, and Hypothesis 2 was adopted. Third, the organizational culture of hypothesis 3 was statistically significantly analyzed and adopted for innovative behavior. Fourth, it was analyzed that organizational culture has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovative behavior, and Hypothesis 4 was adopted. These results require the entrepreneurship of management to respond flexibly and dynamically to changes in the organization's business environment. In addition, the revitalization of organizational culture is expected to not only cause independent and active innovative behavior changes by organizational members, but also have a positive effect on rapid problem solving and organizational and individual performance and development.
Abstract
