과학기술분야 연구개발 인력의 만화경 경력 태도, 무형식 학습 활동, 전문직 정체성 및 주관적 경력 성공의 구조적 관계

본 연구의 목적은 과학기술분야 연구개발 인력의 만화경 경력 태도, 무형식 학습 활동, 전문직 정체성 및 주관적 경력 성공의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 구체적으로는 만 화경 경력 태도와 주관적 경력 성공의 관계에서 무형식 학습 활동과 전문직 정체성의 매 개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 설문조사는 2022년 10월 25일부터 26일까지 실시되었으며, 총 464개의 응답을 분석에 사용하였다. 응답의 분석을 위해 SPSS 및 Process Procedure for SPSS를 사용하여 확인적 요인 분석, 상관관계 분석, 매개 효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만화경 경력 태도의 진정성은 주관적 경력 성공에 유 의한 직접적 영향을 미치지 않으나 무형식 학습 활동과 전문직 정체성을 통해 간접적으로 정적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 만화경 경력 태도의 균형은 주관적 경력 성공에 유의한 직접적 영향을 미치지 않으나 무형식 학습 활동을 통해 간접적으로 정적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 만화경 경력 태도의 도전은 주관적 경력 성공에 유의한 직접적 영향을 미치 고 있었으며, 무형식 학습 활동과 전문직 정체성을 통해서도 간접적으로 정적 영향을 미 치고 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 과학기술분야 연구개발 인력의 전문직 정 체성을 증진하고 경력 개발을 지원하기 위한 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship between the kaleidoscope career attitude, informal learning activity, professional identity, and subjective career success of researchers in science and technology. To accomplish the research purpose, this study investigated the mediating effects of informal learning activity and professional identity on the between kaleidoscope career attitude and subjective career success. Through the survey questionnaires, data for analysis were collected from 464 researchers in science and technology from member DB of KIRD learning platform, alpha-campus. The survey was conducted from October 25 to 26, 2022. The result of this study are as follows: First, authenticity indirectly affects subjective career success through informal learning activity and professional identity. Second, balance indirectly affects subjective career success through informal learning activity. Third, challenges directly affect subjective career success and indirectly affects subjective career success through informal learning activity and professional identity. Based on these results, this study suggests several implications to support career development of researchers in science and technology and enhance their professional identity and subjective career success.
