초록
Purpose: This paper summarizes the defense quality assurance and management activities performed by the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality (DTaQ). It also analyzes the workload and importance of each quality assurance activity. Methods: A survey was conducted on DTaQ employees. The analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the workload and importance of quality assurance activities. Results: Quality assurance and military-technical support activity have the largest workloads, which are relatively higher than their importance. In contrast, the quality assurance preparation and establishment of quality assurance plan activities have a relatively small workload compared to their importance. Such differences between workload and importance vary from center to center in DTaQ. Conclusion: For some quality assurance activities in DTaQ, there are differences in workload and importance between tasks and even between actual workload and importance in a single task. Such characteristics of the activities should be considered when allocating human resources and reorganizing the organization and tasks.
