우리나라 민간경비제도 현황 및 일본의 민간경비제도 비교 연구

Modern society is becoming more complex and risk factors are increasing rapidly, and not only the risk of dysfunction resulting from new technologies due to social development, but also the risk of crime caused by phenomena such as urbanization continues to increase. In order to protect personal interests as well as lives and property from various harms in this society, the private security industry is called private security, which plays a supplementary role in the limitations of national security, such as crime prevention, security of important national facilities, and security work. However, unlike Japan's private security system, Korea's private security system does not have a qualification test system that tests and assigns qualifications according to the security industry, and cooperation between the police and private security is not properly carried out. Therefore, this study compares and reviews the significance of private expenses, the current status of Korea's private expenses system, and Japan's private expenses system, and reviews legal and institutional problems related to private expenses, and proposes ways to improve them.
