스토킹처벌법 시행 이후 문제점 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

The criminal aspect of modern society is changing in the direction of increasing the degree of violence along with intelligence. Among them, a recent issue is the stalking crime. Stalking crimes start with trivial crimes, but the consequences of the damage inflict enormous trauma on the victim. Therefore, as national public opinion demanded swift legislative action was formed, starting from 2017, the National Police Agency and other related ministries began preparing comprehensive measures. And on October 21, 2021, the stalking punishment law was finally implemented. However, in connection with the enforcement of this stalking punishment law, despite the above efforts between major ministries to reduce stalking crimes and protect citizens, stalking crimes continue to increase, and the aspect becomes more brutal and brutal situation is going. In this study, with the goal of reducing the stalking crime to protect the socially underprivileged, the current situation, the problems of the stalking punishment law, and improvement plans to ensure improved social security and system stability for stalking victims By discussing, we hope to contribute to positive changes in the ongoing stalking punishment law.
