사회복지사의 직장 내 괴롭힘이 직업 존중감에 미치는 영향 관계에서 직무스트레스 매개효과에 관한 고찰

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of job stress in the relationship between social workers’ workplace bullying and job esteem. To this end, a survey was conducted on social workers in the Jeonbuk area, and 291 data were collected. Analysis of the mediating effect of job stress in the relationship between workplace bullying and job esteem using the AMOS 24.0 statistical program as a structural equation model with a research model consisting of workplace bullying, job esteem as the independent variable, and job stress as parameters as independent variables did. As a result of the analysis, first, an increase in workplace bullying reduces job esteem. Second, an increase in workplace bullying increases job stress. Third, the increase in job stress reduces the job esteem of social workers. Fourth, job stress has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between workplace bullying and job esteem. Based on the results of the study, practical, policy, and administrative implications for preventing damage to social workers’ job esteem by eradicating workplace bullying and improving job stress coping skills were suggested.
