사회적 정의로서 공정성 인식이 시민행복에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 공공가치의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

This study is to analyze how perceived fairness as social justice affects happiness and the moderating effect of public values on the relationship between social justice and citizen happiness. As a result of the analysis, the factors that have positive effects on happiness are the fairness of political activities, the fairness of employment opportunities, the fairness of employment treatment, the fairness of welfare benefits, the fairness of relations between large corporations and SMEs, and the fairness of real estate policies. Based on this, policy implicatios are as follows. First, the introduction of a national recall system for politicians, and the expansion of the number of proportional representatives for the fairness of political activities, are proposed. Second, increasing the effectiveness of the Fair Recruitment Act and creating Employment Fairness Fund are suggested. Third, the fairness of income guarantee policy for the fairness in welfare benefits, and win-win cooperation model for the fairness of relations between large corporations and SMEs, are necessary. Fourth, strict regulations such as the prohibition of real estate speculation are important.
