So far, Autonomous Vehicles accidents have been resolved through existing laws and investigations by various committees, but legislative efforts should not be neglected in preparation for the continued development of technology. In addition, consider regulating the Autonomous Vehicles problem as the EU transition and mitigation of the burden of proof of vehicle acceleration accidents, and seek ways to promote practical solutions by legislating criminal and administrative penalties. In terms of litigation, legislative efforts are needed to solve the problem of proof related to hacking.
