비서직 종사자의 성희롱 인식과 피해경험 실태조사

This study investigates the sexual harassment perception and experience of secretarial workers. The survey data of 234 secretaries surveyed from August 14, 2022 to February 3, 2023 were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and chi-square test using the SPSS program. Respondents were found to have a sense of problem with sexual harassment, and were significantly lower than the results of other occupations in the cause of sexual harassment and prevention program. Physical type sexual harassment for secretaries was highest, followed by verbal sexual harassment and visual sexual harassment. Executive secretaries(55.6%) were slightly higher than team secretaries(46.7%) and executive secretaries' sexual harassment perpetrators were similar to bosses(50.0%) and in-house members(48.8%). In terms of sexual harassment experience to general characteristics, verbal sexual harassment experience by respondents in their 20s and 30s was higher, and visual sexual harassment experience was higher than that of team secretaries in the executive secretary's group. This research results suggest that there is a need to identify the causes of sexual harassment of secretarial workers and to provide customized sexual harassment education and preventive measures.
