전문대학 사회실무계열 전공자를 위한 온라인·오프라인 병행 수업 적용 연구

As the two years of global pandemic subsides, efforts of rebuilding post-pandemic era have started in diverse attempts in higher education. One of them is institutional support for research on innovative teaching methods in course design for current college-level students who have experienced changes in the learning environment during the past few years. Under the circumstances, the authors in three different major fields in social and business management in a junior college designed each course in charge. Each author has applied innovative teaching methods such as blended, flipped learning which are expected to be the most for each course. In advance, all attended a seminar on innovative learning methods, and each course design had a specialist’s consultation. Each course opened in the second semester in 2022, and the overall survey was conducted at the end of each class. The result were analyzed using SPSSWIN. The overall satisfaction of the learners was high despite the extra burden and adaptation efforts required from the enhanced class activities and various learning methods. Following studies are, therefore, expected to focus further on class types and student features, such as age and term of gap years.
