협력사회와 그 적들 - 노동, 시장, 공동체의 불안에 대한 거시 사회변동론적 성찰 -

The purpose of this article is to the explain the socioeconomic roots that block cooperation and solidarity in the era of complex division. ‘The enemies’ of the cooperative society refer to the current sources of anti-cooperation and anti-solidarity that dismantle the cooperative civilization of mankind. Three aspects of ‘the enemies’ of the cooperative society are emphasized: the dissolution of the labor society, the expansion of the market society and the heightening of inequality, and the obsessive unrest of the community, inherent in global capitalism over the past 40 years. First, the segmentation of the labor process and labor market dismantles the commonality of labor society at the organizational level. Second, the serious level of inequality revealed in the process of expansion of the global market society since the 1980’s draws attention as a source of anti-cooperation in terms of distribution. Third, a community in which anxiety and compulsion due to risk and difference are generalized common makes cooperation difficult at the cultural level. The enemies of the cooperative society that dismantle solidarity and coexistence must be controlled by value cooperation as a new cooperative civilization. Labor values must be combined with the values of life, ecology, peace, human rights, and market expansion must be coordinated with the expansion of social responsibility and social values. Furthermore, the community of anxiety and compulsion must establish a new order of cooperation by practicing the value of coexistence.
