This study analyzes the effect of individual-level stability and organization-level ESG-Social on lifism consciousness, and verifies the mediating model of information security self-control and information security commitment based on the effect of lifism consciousness on information security behavioral intention. is to do For the research method, a factorial design based on the MODE model in which stability and ESG-Social intersect was devised, and the effect of lifism consciousness on information security behavioral intention by mediating information security self control and information security commitment was determined based on the attitude-behavioral consistency theory. As a result of the study, the effects of stability at the individual level and ESG-Social at the organization level on lifism consciousness were found to be statistically significant, and the interaction effect of the two dimensions was also found to be statistically significant for lifism consciousness. In addition, it was found that the mediating model in which lifism consciousness affects information security behavioral intention through information security self control and information security commitment was statistically significant. By synthesizing these results, the appropriate academic and practical directions for information security policy were mentioned as implications.
