ESG 경영 원리를 접목한 미래 지향적 세계박람회 운영 방안 탐색 : 실행 가능한 세계박람회 주제 구현 전략 도출을 중심으로

본 연구는 델파이 기법을 활용하여 친환경 경영(E), 사회적 책임 경영(S), 윤리적인 경영(G)이 삼위일체를 이루는 21세기의 미래 지향적 ESG 세계박람회의 운영 원칙과 세부 실천 항목들을 도출하였다. 문헌 고찰 및 델파이 1～3차 조사 결과, ‘ESG 세계박람회의 친환경 운영 전략’, ‘ESG 세계박람회의 사회적 책임 운영 전략’, ‘ESG 세계박람회의 윤리적인 운영 전략’의 3개 영역에 걸쳐 48개의 세부 항목 겸 실천 방안들을 최종 도출하였고, 각 항목별 수렴도, 합의도, 내용 타당도 비율(CVR) 등을 확인함으로써, 모든 항목들의 내용적 합리성, 타당성과 전문가 패널들의 의견 합일･수렴 정도를 확인하였다. 이를 통해, 본 연구는 21세기의 미래 지향적 세계박람회 및 각종 글로벌 이벤트에 적용 가능한 세분화･다원화된 정책적, 실무적 시사점을 도출하고 타당성을 검증한 동시에, ESG 연구 분야의 세부 주제를 심화하고 델파이 방법론을 새로운 분야로 확장하는 등 이론적, 학술적 시사점도 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study analyzed operating principles and detailed action items for the future-oriented ESG World Expo in the 21st century using the Delphi method. Through theoretical considerations and three Delphi surveys, 48 items in three areas for the World Expo were derived: environmental management strategies, social responsibility management strategies, and ethical governance management strategies. Through the results of the first to third Delphi surveys, this study derived and verified valid and desirable implementations and practical policies of environmental management, social responsibility management, and ethical governance management of the future-oriented World Expo and other global events of the 21st century. At the same time, this study proposes theoretical and academic implications, deepening the field of ESG research and exploring new ways to expand and apply the Delphi methodology.
