전통적 관리회계시스템은 현대의 변화하는 경영환경에 적합하지 않을 수 있으나, 기업은 더 효과적인경영 의사결정과 경쟁 우위 확보 등에 대응하기 위해 전략적관리회계 등의 새로운 기법을 채택하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업경영환경의 환경불확실성과 경쟁정도를 이용하여 전략적 관리회계시스템에 미치는영향을 파악하고, 전략적 관리회계시스템이 전략적 성과관리시스템에 미치는 영향 및 전략적 관리회계시스템과 전략적 성과관리시스템이 관리회계실행에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 본 연구 모델을 검증하기 위해, SPSS 26을 사용하여 수집된 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였으며, AMOS 26을 통해 구조 방정식 모델 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경불확실성과 경쟁정도는 전략적 관리회계시스템이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전략적 관리회계시스템이 전략적 성과관리시스템의 이용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전략적 관리회계시스템과 전략적 성과관리시스템은 관리회계실행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다.
Abstract
Research Purpose: This study aims to determine the impact of environmental uncertainty and competitive intensity on strategic management accounting systems and examine how strategic management accounting systems influence strategic performance management systems and their impact on management accounting practices. Research Methods: To verify the model of this study, the reliability and validity were examined using SPSS 26, and hypothesis testing was conducted using AMOS 26. Results in Research: First, environmental uncertainty and competitive intensity were found to have a significant impact on strategic management accounting systems. Second, strategic management accounting systems were found to have a significant impact on the utilization of strategic performance management systems. Third, both strategic management accounting systems and strategic performance management systems were found to have a significant impact on management accounting practices. Research Conclusion: These results indicate that the strategic management accounting system to some extent acts as a mediator in the process of the corporate management environment influencing the management accounting practices.
