A Study on Recognition of Success Factors of Tourism Venture Companies - Focused on Corporate Growth Stage -

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of tourism venture companies by growth stage at the time when customized support is required to help tourism venture companies grow into competitive tourism companies through the establishment of policy strategies that match the level of recognition of tourism venture companies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the success factors used in this study are essential factors for corporate operation and are recognized as major success factors at the previous stage regardless of the characteristics of the growth stage. However, some differences in the perception of venture company success factors on the current company level of the company were partially confirmed. In the case of innovation, the level of enterprise rose as it progressed to the start-up-growth early-expansion stage, and differences in corporate-level perception were found in the start-up, early-growth, and expansion stages. In terms of technology, differences in perception between a start-up company and an early stage of growth were found, and the core capabilities of technology-based tourism venture companies were strengthened along with the company's growth.
