전통 떡살을 응용한 거울 디자인 제안

Korean culture has various traditional elements and artistic beauty. Among them, tra- ditional rice cakes are a cooking tool that Koreans are familiar with and loved. These tradi- tional rice cakes have various forms and patterns by region and have different meanings de- pending on the shape of the pattern. This paper aims to preserve cultural values and creatively explore design by designing mirrors, one of the most widely used products in modern real life, by applying rice cake fat to provide a new visual experience. In terms of cultural value, the val- ue of traditional elements is newly discovered by preserving and promoting the beauty of Korean culture, and in terms of creative design exploration, the form, pattern, and material of traditional rice cake are combined with mirror design to give interesting visual charm and im- pression to users.
