신약성경에 나타난 예수 그리스도의 서번트 리더십에 관한 연구: 4복음서를 중심으로

초록
서번트 리더십을 최초로 제시를 한 사람은 ‘그린리프’(R. Greenleaf, 1977)이다. 예수 그리스도의 섬김의 정신은 신약성경에서 청지기 리더십과 목자적 리더십이라는 두 유형으로 나타나고 있다. 이 두 가지 유형이 곧 신약성경 리더십의 핵심적 본질과 신학이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 신약성경의 27권중, 4복음서(마태복음, 마가복음, 누가복음, 요한복음)를 중심으로 연구 분석하였다. 연구의 목적은 예수 그리스도의 복음사역에 있어서 서번트 리더십의 중요성을 인식하며 구축하고자 하였다. 본 연구 제1장에서는 서론으로 연구의 목적과 연구의 방법을 언급하였다. 제2장에서는 서번트 리더십의 개념과 학술적 근거와 하위요인을 서술하였다. 제3장에서는 신약성경의 4복음서에 나타나는 서번트 리더십의 하위요인을 탐색하여 분석하였다. 하위요인은 ‘치유’의 4개 문항, ‘청지기 의식’의 4개 문항, ‘구성원의 성장’의 4개 문항, ‘공동체 형성’의 4개 문항, 모두 16개의 문항을 연구 분석하였다. 제4장에서는 결론으로 연구의 시사점과 연구의 한계, 그리고 앞으로의 연구방향을 언급하였다. 특히, 초대교회가 헌신적으로 섬겼던 모습을 본받고자 하였으며, 오늘날의 현대조직문화 발전에 공헌하며 신실한 구성원이 되기를 소망하면서 본 연구를 문헌연구로 고찰하며 분석하였다.
Abstract
The person who first suggested servant leadership is ‘Greenleaf’(R. Greenleaf, 1977). The spirit of service of Jesus Christ appears to be in two types of stewardship leadership and pastoral leadership in the New Testament. These two types can be said to be the core essence and theology of New Testament leadership. This study has focused on the Four Gospels of the Twenty-seven books in the New Testament in research and analysis. The purpose of the study was to recognize and build the importance of servant leadership in the Gospel ministry of Jesus Christ. In this study, the purpose and method of the study were mentioned as an introduction in Chapter 1. In Chapter 2, the concept, academic basis, and sub-factors of servant leadership were described. In Chapter 3, the sub-factors of servant leadership appearing in the four Gospels of the New Testament were explored and analyzed. As for the sub-factors, 4 items of ‘healing’, 4 items of ‘stewardship’, 4 items of ‘growth of members’, and 4 items of ‘community formation’ were researched and analyzed with a total of 16 items. In Chapter 4, implications of the study, limitations of the study, and future research directions were mentioned. In particular, this study was reviewed and analyzed as a literature study, hoping to imitate the devotional service of the early church and to contribute to the development of today's modern organizational culture and become a faithful member.
