해외 선교사들이 예수 그리스도의 복음 전도를 실천하며 기독교가 중심이 되어 실현되었던 복지는 국가 중심의 복지국가 실현을 위한 형태로 발전되어 왔다. 시대가 변화하면서 교회의 목회자뿐만 아니라 성도 그리고 사회복지시설에서 진행되었던 많은 활동들 또한 국가, 지자체의 복지정책으로 국가가 해야 하는 활동으로 인식하게 되면서 역할이 점점 약화되고 있고 복지 사각지대가 발생함에 따라 예수 그리스도의 삼대사역에 따른 사랑과 복음 전도를 통한 기독교 사회복지가 절실히 필요한 시기라 할 수 있다. 따라서 예수 그리스도가 전하는 복지에 대한 성경적 근거를 바탕으로 기독교 사회복지에 대한 개념을 다시 정립함으로써 현대 기독교 사회복지의 정체성을 확립하고, 목회적 사회복지 실천을 위한 전문가 양성 및 지원재원 방안을 마련하고 기독교 사회복지 실천을 위한 당위성에 대한 인식개선과 함께 성경적 가치체계를 통한 기독교 사회복지의 실현을 위한 프로그램 개발하고 활용함으로써 도움을 필요로 하는 이들을 위한 현실적인 지원활동을 마련하여 복음 전도를 통한 기독교 사회복지를 실천할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Christian-centered welfare through the practice of evangelism by overseas missionaries has been developed into a state-centered welfare state. As the times change, many activities that have been carried out not only in the pastors of the church but also in the saints and social welfare facilities have been recognized as activities that the state should do due to the welfare policies of the state and local governments. As the welfare blind spot occurs, it is a time when Christian social welfare through love and evangelism of Jesus Christ is urgently needed. Therefore, by reestablishing the concept of Christian social welfare based on the biblical basis of the welfare of Jesus Christ, we establish the identity of modern Christian social welfare, it is necessary to cultivate specialists for the practice of pastoral social welfare and to prepare a support fund plan, to improve the awareness of the necessity for the practice of Christian social welfare, and to develop and utilize a program for the realization of Christian social welfare through the biblical value system. It is necessary to prepare realistic support activities for those who need help and to practice Christian social welfare through evangelism.
