在中国高等学校法律硕士研究生课程思政建设研究脉络与热点方面, 该主题在未来仍是中国高等学校完善思想政治教育工作、 落实立德树人 根本任务的重大课题. 首先, 近年来中国国内学者对于中国高等学校课程 思政的内涵进行了多维度研究, 尽管定义不一, 但是, 都认为中国高等 学校课程思政是一种全新的教育理念, 通过将思想政治教育贯穿于教学 全过程之中, 让所有课程都彰显思想政治教育的鲜明特色; 其次, 中国 各高等学校从课程思政管理制度和激励机制、 课程思政教学体系、 教师 课程思政育人能力、 课程思政有机融入专业课程等方面积极探索课程思 政建设的实施路径, 构建了“知识传授、 能力培养、 价值塑造”三维一体的 育人模式; 最后, 本研究认为学校因素、 教师因素、 教材因素和评价因 素将深刻影响中国高等学校法律硕士研究生课程思政建设成效, 其中学 校因素为中国高等学校法律硕士研究生课程思政建设提供有效的保障措 施、 教师因素是中国高等学校法律硕士研究生课程思政建设的中坚力 量、 教材因素是中国高等学校法律硕士研究生课程思政建设的重要载 体、 评价因素是助推中国高等学校法律硕士研究生课程思政建设取得实 效的关键环节.
Abstract
In terms of the research context and hotspots of the ideological and political construction of the Master of Law program in Chinese higher education institutions, this topic will still be a major issue in the future for Chinese higher education institutions to improve ideological and political education work and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents. Firstly, in recent years, domestic scholars in China have conducted multi-dimensional research on the connotation of ideological and political education in Chinese higher education curriculum. Although there are different definitions, they all believe that the essence of ideological and political education in Chinese higher education curriculum is a new educational concept. By integrating ideological and political education throughout the entire teaching process, all courses highlight the distinct characteristics of ideological and political education; Secondly, Chinese higher education institutions actively explore the implementation path of curriculum ideological and political construction from the aspects of curriculum ideological and political management system and incentive mechanism, curriculum ideological and political teaching system, teachers’ ideological and political education ability, and the organic integration of curriculum ideological and political education into professional courses. They have constructed a three-dimensional integrated education model of “knowledge transmission, ability cultivation, and value shaping”; Finally, this study believes that school factors, teacher factors, textbook factors, and evaluation factors will profoundly affect the effectiveness of the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions. Among them, school factors provide effective guarantee measures for the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions, and teacher factors are the backbone of the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions The textbook factor is an important carrier for the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions, and the evaluation factor is a key link in promoting the effectiveness of the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions.
