By integrating ideological and political education throughout the entire teaching process, all courses highlight the distinct characteristics of ideological and political education; Secondly, Chinese higher education institutions actively explore the implementation path of curriculum ideological and political construction from the aspects of curriculum ideological and political management system and incentive mechanism, curriculum ideological and political teaching system, teachers’ ideological and political education ability, and the organic integration of curriculum ideological and political education into professional courses. They have constructed a three-dimensional integrated education model of “knowledge transmission, ability cultivation, and value shaping”; Finally, this study believes that school factors, teacher factors, textbook factors, and evaluation factors will profoundly affect the effectiveness of the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions. Among them, school factors provide effective guarantee measures for the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions, and teacher factors are the backbone of the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions The textbook factor is an important carrier for the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions, and the evaluation factor is a key link in promoting the effectiveness of the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions.
