금융 서비스 종사자의 조직지원인식이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과

Recently the financial industry has faced various challenges due to changes in the financial ecosystem, including the development of information and communication technology, infinite competition with fintech companies and Internet banks due to the pandemic, and an increase in non-face-to-face transactions. These changes require innovation across the financial industry. Therefore, this study collected data from domestic financial service workers and analyzed them to verify the research hypothesis to analyze the impact of organizational members' Perceived Organizational Support on Innovative Behavior through job crafting in the financial service environment. As a result of the study, it was found that Perceived Organizational Support had a positive effect on personal crafting and collaborative crafting. Second, Perceived Organizational Support was found to positively affect innovative behavior. Third, individual crafting and collaborative crafting were found to positively affect innovative behavior. According to the results of this study, organizational support and cooperation are important to promote innovative ideas and actions within the organization, and this requires strategic efforts to interact with individuals and utilize individual creative resources. Therefore, it can be said that it is important to promote the innovative behavior of organizational members and ultimately create an atmosphere that can be linked to job performance by introducing creative and active systems such as job crafting.
