커피전문점 창업자의 자기효능감이 창업동기에 미치는 영향:창업지식 습득의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Effect of Coffee Shop Entrepreneurs' Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Motivation: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurial Knowledge Acquisition

The purpose of this study is to comprehend how self-efficacy factors, such as the abilities of coffee shop entrepreneurs, influence entrepreneurial motivations, and to analyze the mediating effect of entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition in the relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivations. In this study, statistical techniques including frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were utilized. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows: It was observed that self-regulation is important for entrepreneurs' acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge, and when entrepreneurs exhibit a tendency and attitude to choose challenging tasks rather than vague self-assurance, it leads to entrepreneurial motivations. Moreover, it was identified that when entrepreneurs possess specialized knowledge in entrepreneurship and have sufficient related experience, the motivation to realize entrepreneurial dreams is triggered. Within the realm of entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition, self-regulation and task challenge were found to have a partial mediating effect, while self-assurance exhibited a complete mediating effect. Consequently, it was indicated that both self-efficacy and entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition need to be managed simultaneously in order to enhance entrepreneurial motivations.
