직장동료의 육아휴직 경험을 통해 본 근로자의 인식에 대한 현상학적 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze in-depth the perceptions of employees that affect the adjustment of co-workers who have taken parental leave and returned to work, and to explore and make recommendations on how to expand the organizational culture and parental leave system in a new direction that involves the efforts of the organization and its members in order for the parental leave system to be properly established. For this purpose, a phenomenological study was conducted based on the Colaizzi analysis method to identify the common attributes of 12 workers who worked with their colleagues who returned to work after taking parental leave through in-depth interviews. The central phenomena of the study were categorized into 4 essential themes, 12 emergent themes, and 24 central meanings. The four essential themes were "confusion of the left and the right," "reorganization in the midst of chaos," "differences in coworkers' positions on parental leave," and "finding a direction for parental leave. Through the experiences of co-workers who returned from parental leave as perceived by workers, we understand the different perspectives of parents and co-workers who took advantage of the parental leave system and recommend counseling and adaptation programs and necessary policies that can create a community awareness of the parental leave system.
