지속가능한 스마트 시티 운영을 위한 거버넌스 혁신 방안에 관한 연구

Recently, scholars of smart cities (urban models to solve urban problems and improve citizens' quality of life using advanced information technology) argue that it is necessary to aim at an open smart city based on demander centricity for sustainable operation of smart cities, and for this purpose, it is necessary to reflect the opinions of the private sector in design and operation of smart cities. Under this awareness of the issue, the purpose of this study is to present governance innovation measures for sustainable operation of smart cities from a demander-centric perspective. In particular, this study focuses on collaborative governance as an influential factor of smart city performance and uses types and requirements of collaborative governance as the theoretical resources to analyze current status and problems of smart city governance and suggest improvement measures. To this end, this study identifies the current status, problems, and improvement measures of smart city governance through Delphi method on experts and presents the governance innovation measures for sustainable operation of smart cities. According to the analysis results, these governance innovation measures are presented as the public-centric, private-centric, and public-private collaborative governance innovation measures from a comprehensive and systematic perspective.
