인공지능(AI)의 효과성 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석: 공공부문 공무원의 인식을 중심으로

The government is seeking to apply artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the public sector to enhance administrative efficiency and improve public services. This study aimed to investigate the factors that affect public employee’s perception of AI effectiveness. The findings of the analysis can be summarized as follows. First. higher levels of the importance of AI laws and institutions, political support, and greater government capacity to utilize AI technology positively impact the perceived effectiveness of AI. Second, for central government employees, the importance of AI laws and institutions, the decision maker's interest in AI and their perception of government capabilities have a positive influence on AI effectiveness. Third, for local government officials, a greater perception of the importance of AI laws and institutions positively affects on AI effectiveness. As we enter the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there is a growing interest in the use of disruptive technologies within the public sector. Therefore, this study has identified the factors that influence utilization and effectiveness of AI in the public sector.
