교육행정분야 실천 영역에서 교육학의 성과와 과제：국가교육위원회 관련 연구와 제정 법률 비교를 중심으로

This article aims to address several key questions. Firstly, what rationale did educational scholars and research put forth to support the establishment of the National Education Commission? Secondly, what innovative concepts and ideas did these scholars propose to reshape the current national-level educational governance system through the creation of the National Education Commission? Lastly, does the enactment of the "Act on the Establishment and Operation of the National Education Commission" reflect the findings of research, and what research tasks do scholars and research propose to be addressed after the legalization of the National Education Commission The findings of this article underscore that, within the context of the establishment of the National Education Commission, educational studies not only furnished a logical basis to advocate for the Commission's formation but also offered both broad and specific concepts for designing the National Education Commission system. Furthermore, the analysis results have highlighted various avenues for future research, with a primary emphasis on investigating the potential of the National Education Commission to effectively exercise responsible administration within a presidential system, and identifying areas that require enhancement for the realization of this goal.
