액션러닝을 적용한 수업이 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 비판적사고능력, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과

It is important to teach a lot of nursing knowledge to train professional nurses, but it is most important for learners to find and learn ways to acquire knowledge on their own, and to improve their ability and leadership to solve creative problems with critical thinking and ideas. The This study attempted to examine the effects of Action Learning approach on Self-Leadership, Critical Thinking Competency, and Problem-solving Skills in nursing students. Data were collected from August to December, 2022. The participants in this study consisted of 197 nursing students taking human growth and development courses. This study design was single-group before and after design. Nursing students complete a self-administered questionnaire before and after using a Action learning education. Data were analyzed through the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program using descriptive statistics and paired t-test. After completing the Action learning method, participants showed statistically higher Self-Leadership (t=-5.59, p< .01), Critical Thinking Competency (t=-5.29 p< .01), Problem-solving Skills (t=-3.31 p= .01) than before. This study found that the Action learning method designed to learn tasks and action assigned by learners themselves was improve in the themselves competence of nursing students, and showed the results of improving self-leadership, critical thinking competency, and problem-solving skills of nursing students. These findings indicate that action learning is an effective intervention for enhancing self-leadership and critical thinking ability, problem-solving skills in nursing education.
