공연계열 대학생의 창업요인과 창업의지와의 관계에 대한실증 연구: 자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로

Subject research is to empirically study correlation between the performance-majoring college students' reason and motivation, and to study if their self-efficacy can create self-regulation to the relationship. Also we've proceeded quantitative studying for efficiency of start-up supporting program for performance art majoring students. We put as our major question a 1. how personal trait, start-up supporting programs affect on start-up willing of people and two. how social support between in relations of personal trait, start-up supporting program, start-up willing, to verify availability on above two. To summarize a result of the experiments, first, factors with meaningful effects on start-up willing were innovativeness, risk sensitivity in personal traits those were having affirmative effectiveness. However, other factors did not have a positive effect. Second of all, in terms of regulation effect, it was self efficacy that were affective to start-up willings. out of cause-effect relationship intermediates risk sensitivity and start-up willing. However, factors did not have a positive effect.. In conclusion, We have theoretically clarified launching reasons related to performance art majoring students' motivation for the startup, and proposed ways for more activated start-up supporting programs for Performing Art of major students.
