학교·지역사회 협력기반 인성교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 연구
A Basic Research for Developing Character Education Program Based on Partnership and Cooperation between Schools and Local Communities

초록
본 연구는 학교와 지역사회 구성원들을 대상으로 인성교육에 대한 인식과 요구를 파악하여 쟁점과 과제를 탐색하고자 한다.. 부차적으로 학교-지역사회 협력을 통한 인성교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해서 첫째, 학교에서 교육하고 있는 인성교육에 대한 문제점과 교육방법의 특성을 파악하였다. 둘째, 학교∙지역사회 협력기반 인성교육프로그램 개발을 위해 중요한 것은 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 본 연구대상자는 현재 학교와 지역사회에서 인성교육을 실시하였거나 인성교육 연구에 참여한 경험이 있는 43명을 대상으로 자료수집기간은 2022년 11월 11일～12월 20일 사이에 실시되었으며, 총 2차례에 걸쳐 회수된 자료는 내용분석(content analysis)과 기술통계(descriptive statistics)를 활용하여 빈도, 평균 및 표준편차 등을 산출하였다. 주요 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인성교육 문제점에 대해 ‘학력경쟁위주 사회적 풍토’가 가장 높게 나타났고, 그 다음으로 ‘연계 프로그램 부족’, ‘유해환경쉽게 노출’, ‘구체적인 교육방법 부족’’의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 현장에서 필요한 인성교육은 ‘지속적이고 일관성있는 인성교육’과 ‘가정과의 실질적인 연계를 통한 인성교육’의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교와 지역사회 협력기반 인성교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 분석한 결과 93개 의미있는 진술를 2개 범주로 하여 대주제 3개와 소주제 9개가 분류되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 학교∙지역사회 협력기반 인성교육을 위한 개입 자료로 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate issues and tasks by understanding the perception and needs of character education for school and community members. Secondly, it is to provide basic data for the development of character education programs through school-community cooperation. The subjects of this study were 43 teachers and community experts. and The collected data were analyzed using content analysis and descriptive statistics to calculate frequency, mean and standard deviation. The main results of the analysis are as follows. First, regarding the problem of character education, the social climate focused on education competition was the highest. Second, among the character education methods, continuous and consistent character education was the most important education method.. Third, as a result of analyzing the development and operation of character education programs based on cooperation between schools and local communities, 93 meaningful statements were classified into 3 major themes and 9 minor themes in 2 categories. Based on these results, this study provided basic data that can be used as intervention data for school-community partnership and cooperation based character education.
