전자상거래 기업 물류창고 입지결정 요인 비교분석

This paper aims at investigating how e-commerce warehouses are spatially distributed and what factors determine location of e-commerce warehouses in comparison to general warehouses. Multiple regression analysis is used to what factors influence location of warehouses. The data is collected from Seoul Metropolitan Area of South Korea. It was shown that, while the distance to the adjacent highway IC and the distance to the adjacent airport and port had a significant effect on general warehouses, the distance to adjacent airports and ports, rent, labor availability, and population density had a significant effect on the location of e-commerce warehouses.
