선진 국가 디자인시스템 및 디자인정책 연구를 융합한 중국 디자인산업 발전 방향에 관한 연구

This research started from the design policy and national design system. Through design policy and design industry analysis, socio-economic and relationship analysis, the design policies and design systems of the United Kingdom, South Korea and China were compared. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical implications for the formulation and research of Chinese design policy. Therefore, this paper analyzed representative design policy promotion cases in each field and attempted to explore the development path of innovative design promotion. Finally, it proposed solutions based on the current design policy field deficiencies in China. The findings and contents are as follows. First, by conducting a preliminary study on theories related to design policy and national design system, the impact factors of design policy on national competitiveness were explained. In addition, by analyzing the composition of national design systems, design promotion organizations, and design policy cases, we laid a theoretical foundation for further research. Second, through the comparative research method, we compared the specifics of design policies in areas such as design talent cultivation, design protection, and medium- and long-term planning in different countries, and found out the shortcomings and shortcomings of China's design policies. Third, the results of the above comparative analysis of design policies were synthesized to summarize and summarize the problems and causes of the current Chinese design policy for the development of China's design policy. Based on the strategies and specific methods of design policy development in the United Kingdom and South Korea, we proposed suggestions for the future development of China's design policy to promote the construction of China's design system and the improvement of design policy. Based on these findings, we expect to provide empirical implications for Chinese design policy formulation and research through the objective experience of China's innovative design industry development in design-advanced countries.
