창업환경이 MZ세대의 창업의지에 미치는 영향과 ESG 인식의 조절효과에 관한 연구

In this study, an empirical analysis was conducted to verify the effect of the entrepreneurial environment of the MZ generation on entrepreneurial will and the moderating effect of ESG awareness in the relationship between these influences. The summary of the results of the empirical analysis is as follows. First, it was found that the financial support, government policy, and social environment of the start-up environment had a significant positive (+) effect on the will to start a start-up. Second, it was found that ESG awareness has a moderating effect on the relationship between financial support, government policy and social environment of the start-up environment and the will to start a business. The meaning of these research results is, first, that the government and the financial sector should prioritize providing financial support and financial support systems that can increase the MZ generation's passion for entrepreneurship and challenge entrepreneurship in reality. Second, companies should play a positive role in promoting more active ESG activities and encouraging potential entrepreneurs to start a business by participating in ESG-related government agencies and public enterprises in ESG activities. However, as this study collects data from a limited area, it is somewhat difficult to generalize the research results. In future studies, it is necessary to secure certainty in the generalization of the research results by collecting data from various regions. It is hoped that the results of this study will be used as basic data that can provide valuable insights to policy makers, educators, and industry practitioners who are interested in utilizing the potential of the MZ generation and fostering a sustainable and responsible entrepreneurship environment.
