4차 산업혁명 기술기반 벤처기업의 기업가정신과 성과 간에 강점·기회요인의 매개효과

This study set a research model to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship, strengths and opportunities, and business performance of technology-based venture companies in the 4th Industrial Revolution, and verified the mediating effect of strengths and opportunity factors. A sample of 363 4th Industrial Revolution technology-based venture companies in a total of 8 industries was targeted. For the analyses, confirmative factor analysis, correlation analysis, and mediation analysis were conducted using SPSS/Amos(25.0) and Process macro model(6). The results of hypothesis testing in this study can be summarized as follows. First, looking at the results of hypothesis testing among variables for the research model, entrepreneurship had a positive significant effect on strengths, opportunities, and performance. And strength had a significant effect on performance, but opportunity had no statistical significance on performance. Second, looking at the results of the verification of the mediating effect of strengths and opportunities in the relationship between entrepreneurship and business performance, strengths have a positive mediating effect, but opportunities do not have a statistically significant mediating effect. The implications of this study are as follows. First, the dynamic capabilities required to maintain competitiveness according to the speed of technological and market changes, the characteristics of technology-based venture companies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, can affect the ability to respond to opportunity factors. However, it does not lead to business performance. Second, the results of this study are in line with previous studies that entrepreneurship affects performance.
