호텔의 ESG 경영활동에 대한 종사원의 인식이 조직동일시와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study aimed to explore 1) the relationships between perception of ESG activity by hotel employees, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior 2) the relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior 3) mediating effect of organizational identification. Research design, data, methodology : Online questionnaires were conducted for convention industry workers in Seoul, and 226 total valid samples were used for analysis. For the empirical analysis, simple, multiple, hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Results : The results of the study are as follows; First, the results of this study shows that perception of ESG activity by hotel employees has a positive effect on the organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, organizational identification has a positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior. Third, it has been found that mediating effect of organizational identification Conclusions : The ultimate results of this study bring up the new direction in ways the human resource management and the organization management in hotel and convention industry which emphasizes the importance of ESG activity, job burnout, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior.
