핀테크 서비스 이용자의 서비스에 대한 우려감은 핀테크 이용성과에 영향을 미칠까? : 고전적 태도이론 응용

Research Purpose: For mobile FinTech services users, FinTech services concern control is an important administrative issue. In this study, the leading and trailing factors of mobile FinTech services concerns are analyzed Research Methods: Data were collected through a survey for empirical analysis, and empirical analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM (Partial least squares structural equation modeling) technique. This study analyzed the relationship between FinTech services trust, risk, concern, satisfaction, and continuous intention to use in the context of mobile FinTech services Results in Research: FinTech services trust does not affect concern and services risk affect concern in the context of FinTech services.. Also FinTech services concern affect satisfaction and it does not affect on their intention to continue of FinTech services. In addition, FinTech services satisfaction does not a negative effect on their intention to continue of FinTech services. Research Conclusion: The results of this study will provide various insights of the service concern of mobile FinTech service users and provide useful psychological information for establishing mobile FinTech service strategies in the future.
