구조방정식을 이용한 중소기업의 ESG 성과 영향요인 및 인과구조 분석

The purpose of this study is to explore factors that affect ESG performance of small and medium-sized enterprises and examine the relationships between the factors. To do this, a survey was conducted targeting small and medium-sized businesses, and analysis was performed based on a structural equation model. Variables that affect the ESG performance of small and medium-sized businesses include CEO will, customer demands, awareness level, professional knowledge, and resource support. As a result of a hypothesis-based analysis of the relationship between these variables, the CEO's will was found to be significant in all three areas: awareness level, professional knowledge, and resource support, while customer demand was significant only for professional knowledge. Among the three variables: awareness level, professional knowledge, and resource support, professional knowledge and resource support, excluding awareness level, were found to affect ESG performance.
