종합병원 간호사의 소명의식, 사회적 책임감, 간호전문직관이 주관적 행복에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to identify the factors influencing subjective happiness of nurses, such as calling, nursing professionalism, and social responsibility, and to provide suggestions for enhancing subjective happiness of nurse. For the purpose, 190 questionnaires were collected and analyzed from nurse working in general hospital in J province and G city. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statics, indepented t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 21 program. The result were as follows: First, calling (r=.475, p<.001), nursing professionalism (r=.575, p<.001), social responsibility (r=.557, p<.001) and showed positive correlations with subjective happiness. Second, nursing professionalism, social responsibility, and position(head nurse or above) were the factors that influenced subjective happiness of nurse in order. This study has significance in that it provides basic data for developing various programs and systematic education plans to increase subjective happiness of clinical nurses by presenting evidence that nursing professionalism, social responsibility, and position(head nurse or above) have important effects on subjective happiness od clinical nurses.
