Structural Relationship Between the Awareness of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Entrepreneurship Mind, and Entrepreneurship Intention - Focus on University Students Majoring in Beauty -

This study aimed to reveal the structural relationship between awareness of the 4th industrial revolution,entrepreneurship knowledge, entrepreneurship mind and entrepreneurship intention in college students majoring inbeauty. For the purpose, this study surveyed the college students majoring in beauty using a questionnaire. A totalof 300 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and except insincere responses, 283 copies were used for a finalanalysis. For the analysis, SPSS 26.0 was used. The results are as follows: First, the awareness of the 4th industrialrevolution had a positive effect on entrepreneurship knowledge, entrepreneurship mind and entrepreneurship inten-tion of the subjects and entrepreneurship mind had an effect on entrepreneurship intention; Second, it was verifiedthat the goodness of fit of the structural model on the relationship between awareness of the 4th industrial revolutionand entrepreneurship intention was satisfactory. As a result of analyzing the hypotheses on the structural model, itwas discovered that all of them were adopted. In respect to the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution and entre-preneurship intention, indirect effect of entrepreneurship knowledge and entrepreneurship mind were statisticallysignificant. In conclusion, this study investigated the structural relationship between awareness of the 4th industrialrevolution and entrepreneurship in college students majoring in beauty, aiming to provide basic data for entre-preneurship education.
