특허분석을 통한 산업별 지역경제적 파급효과 분석

초록
본 연구는 2000년 1월 이후 출원된 우리나라의 공개등록정보와 한국은행에서 제공하는 2015년 지역산업연관표를 활용하여 생산유발효과와 부가가치유발효과 등을 확인하고, 산업간 연쇄효과를 비교 분석하여 대전지역 주력산업이 전후방산업에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과와 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전산업의 유발계수 산출을 통해 경제적 파급효과를 분석한 결과, 생산유발효과는 제조업분야가 지역경제에 미치는 효과가 크고, 부가가치유발효과는 서비스분야가 지역경제에 미치는 효과가 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 지역경제 활성화를 위해 제조업분야에서는 생산단계의 육성정책을 추진하고, 지역 총생산 증대와 일자리 창출, 고용 확대를 위해서는 서비스분야에 대한 육성정책도 중요하는 것을 보여준다. 다음으로 주력산업 모두 영향력계수가 1보다 높은 것으로 나타나 재화에 대한 최종수요가 경제 전체에 미치는 영향이 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 주력산업과 직·간접적으로 연관이 있는 전후방산업에 미치는 영향을 고려하여 과학기술진흥종합계획을 수립하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 보여준다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 특허분석을 통해 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하여 대전지역 핵심산업 전략 업종 도출 및 육성방안 수립 등 활성화정책 수립에서 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 학술적 측면에서 그 동안 수행하기 어려웠던 특정지역의 주력산업과 한국은행의 지역산업연관표를 매칭해 특허정보로부터 얻은 정보의 연구범위가 확대되는 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
This study is Korea's public patent filed after January 2000. And based on the patent analysis for the analysis of registered patents and the 2015 regional industry related table provided by the Bank of Korea, the ripple effect of the main industry in Daejeon on the front and rear industries was analyzed. We looked at the production-inducing effect and value-added-inducing effect, and compared and analyzed the inter-industry chain effect. If you summarize the main analysis results and policy implications, the following. First, as a result of analyzing the economic ripple effect through the calculation of the inducement coefficient of all industries, it can be seen that the production inducement effect has a great effect on the local economy in the manufacturing sector, and the value-added inducement effect has a great effect on the service sector on the local economy. This is to promote the nurturing policy of the production stage in the manufacturing sector to revitalize the local economy, and the nurturing policy in the service sector is also important to increase local gross domestic product, create jobs, and expand employment. Next, we can see that the influence coefficient of the main industry is 1 or more, and the final demand for goods has a large impact on the economy as a whole. However, it is necessary to formulate a comprehensive plan for the promotion of science and technology, taking into account the impact of the front and back industries directly and indirectly related to the main industries. Lastly, this study analyzes the ripple effect on the local economy through patent analysis, and Daejeon's core industry strategy. It is judged that it can be used as an important basic data in the establishment of revitalization policies such as industry deriving and establishing nurturing measures. In particular, it is expected that it will be an opportunity to expand the scope of research of information obtained from patent information by matching the main industry in a specific region that has been difficult to perform in the academic aspect with the Bank of Korea's regional industry related table, and I think it will be able to provide various implications in the future.
