자대병원 유·무가 간호학과 학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to identify the level of clinical practice stress depending on the presence or absence of a self-university hospital and to provide practical and appropriate help related to stress to nursing students individually, and to find out if there is a way to relieve clinical practice stress in the nursing education field. The stress level was identified on a 5-point Likert scale for third and fourth graders who conduct clinical practice at nursing departments at six universities in Daejeon and Chungcheong, and the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 statistics program was used for data analysis. As a result of the study, the average of major satisfaction of the group with the community hospital was 4.44 (SD=.56), the average of major satisfaction of the group without the community hospital was 4.11 (SD=.63), the average of clinical practice stress of the group with the community hospital was 4.24 (SD=.51), and the average of clinical practice stress of the group without the community hospital was 3.53 (SD=.86). Based on the results of this study, it will be possible to find a way to lower the stress level by identifying the stress level in clinical practice according to the presence or absence of a self-service hospital.
