기업의 전략, 기능별 아웃소싱 활동이 운영성과와 장기지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 물류산업을 중심으로 -

Logistics has been out of the company's interest until recently, but as the importance of customer service in the face-to-face service with customers has emerged, the interest of logistics companies is increasing. In fact, as logistics outsourcing becomes a common management technique, it is changing from a simple function outsourcing form in the past to a higher level form. Although the scope of outsourcing of logistics companies is expanding and logistics service companies responding to it are also expanding the level of logistics outsourcing, from the perspective of logistics companies, which function of logistics to outsource through an appropriate logistics strategy or to what level I'm having a hard time making a decision about whether to outsource. In this paper, we examine whether the type of logistics strategy based on corporate logistics activities affects operational performance through logistics function outsourcing, and then examine the moderating effect of long-term orientation between logistics function outsourcing and operational performance, thereby helping logistics companies develop their strategies. When establishing it, we aim to present factors to focus on, derive ways to utilize resources efficiently, and provide implications.
