체계적 문헌 고찰을 통한 적극행정 연구 동향 분석

The primary objective of this study is to offer a comprehensive understanding of the research on Active Administration, accomplished through a systematic review of literature that encompasses the existing definitions, scope, measurement methods, theoretical approaches, and trends in the field. In accordance with the PRISMA checklist, we strategically selected and analyzed academic research articles related to Active Administration that were published between 1963 and 2023. These articles, taken from four major South Korean academic databases, span the period from the term's initial academic introduction to the present day. The analysis incorporated coding for fundamental bibliographic information, the frequency of key terms, definitions and scope of Active Administration, and its potential for measurement. Further coding elements included research objectives, design, and analytical methods. By undertaking this rigorous approach, we were able to discern trends in Active Administration research, theoretical frameworks, measurement methodologies, the presence or absence of empirical research, and relationships between key variables revealed in such empirical studies. The findings from this systematic review of literature pertaining to Active Administration are anticipated to be of significant value to academia and practical fields alike, enriching the collective understanding of the subject and stimulating its continued exploration.
