사회복지시설 직장 내 괴롭힘 구제제도 연구

This study investigates people’s experience with remedies for workplace bullying in social welfare organizations. Furthermore, it aims to propose implications for improving effective remedy systems for social welfare organizations. To achieve these goals, in-depth interviews were conducted with 11 research participants who sought remedies within and outside social welfare organizations in response to workplace bullying. After analyzing their experiences, we identified 3 categories, 7 subjects, and 26 concepts. The results showed that participants preferred seeking internal remedies as their first course of action and sought external remedies only when the internal remedies were not possible. However, remedies lacking detailed procedures posed several challenges to decision-making processes and subsequent actions. Therefore, it is necessary to provide remedies tailored to the specific types of social welfare organizations and improve organizations’ remedy systems to align with their unique characteristics. Based on these results, we propose the following recommendations for improvement: (1) a comprehensive understanding of the legal processes in addressing workplace bullying, (2) the implementation of a collaborative process in developing remedy policies, and (3) the establishment of a workplace bullying prevention system specific to social welfare organizations.
