간호대학생의 ESG 인식, 사회적 책임감, 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향

This study is a descriptive study for nursing students in one region to find out the relationship between ESG awareness, social responsibility, and subjective happiness and to identify factors that affect subjective happiness. The data collection was from March 1 to April 30, 2023, targeting 117 nursing students. For data analysis, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and post-test scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS WIN21.0 program. As a result of the study, the higher ESG awareness, the higher the subjective happiness, and the higher the social responsibility, the lower the subjective happiness. In addition, ESG awareness and major satisfaction were found to be influential factors with about 15% explanatory power on the subjective happiness of nursing students. In order to improve the subjective happiness of the subjects in the future, we propose a study to develop an experiential education program to improve ESG awareness and verify its effectiveness, and since there was a negative correlation between social responsibility and subjective happiness in this study, a follow-up study is needed to see how nursing students' personalities and beliefs mediate social responsibility and subjective happiness.
