초록
The mechanical energy generator is directly driven by an external load usually that requires an energy transmission mechanism to make input load and driving load match well. Compared with the traditional mechanical mechanism, the compliance mechanism has obvious advantages in terms of manufacturing cost and positioning accuracy. The characteristics of springs and hinges are integrated in the compliance part that provides the ability to return to its original position after unloading, and therefore this can be conveniently used as a load transfer module for energy generator. Topology optimization design can make up for the shortcomings of compliant mechanism design based on intuition and experience. Moving morphable component (MMC) method is a very promising explicit topology optimization method developed in recent years. This method is based on a topology optimization framework that is explicitly described by structural boundaries. It provides a good solution to the problems of extracting geometric information and excessive design variables reduce the efficiency of the solution, etc. Based on the MMC method, activate bridge components are used in this study to optimize the convergence process. This method can also be expected to be used in multi input and output problem in the future.
