발달장애인가족기업 창업 매뉴얼에 관한 연구

본 연구는 발달장애를 가진 개인의 가족이 창업 시 특별히 고려해야 할 요소들을 반영하여 커스터마이즈된 창업매뉴얼을 제시하고 향후 발달장애인을 지원하는 정부의 정책에 방향성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 발달장애를 가진 개인의 가족이 운영하는 기업은 일반적인 기업과 달리, 발달장애가 있는 개인뿐만 아니라 가족 구성원들의 협력이 필수적이다. 따라서 발달장애인가족이 창업을 할 때 필요한 창업 매뉴얼은 일반적인 경우와는 다르게 커스터마이즈될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 발달장애를 가진 개인의 가족이 창업을 할 때 필요로 하는 수요를 확인하고 이들의 특성이 고려된 창업매뉴얼을 단계별로 제시함으로써 발달장애인가족기업의 창업을 지원한다. 본 연구는 전국의 발달장애인가족을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 장애인에 대한 정부지원의평가와 인식, 발달장애인가족기업에 필요한 정부지원수요를 확인하여 이를 창업매뉴얼에 커스터마이즈한다. 설문조사 결과, 발달장애인에 대한 정부의 지원책으로 가족창업에 대한 수요가 높았고, 창업 이후 발달장애인 개인의 지속적인 참여나 돌봄지원, 그리고 가족에 대한지원이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 발달장애를 가진 개인과 가족이 창업가로서 필요한 사항을 확인하고 맞춤형 창업지원매뉴얼을 제공함으로써 발달장애인가족기업의창업과 관련된 지원정책의 실효성을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
This study aims to provide an entrepreneurship manual for families of individuals with developmental disabilities to support their entrepreneurial endeavors. Unlike typical businesses, businesses operated by families of individuals with developmental disabilities require essential cooperation from family members in addition to the individuals themselves. Therefore, when families of individuals with developmental disabilities engage in entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurship manual should be tailored differently from the standard case. Consequently, this study presents a step-by-step entrepreneurship manual that reflects an understanding of individuals with developmental disabilities within the family, as well as the characteristics derived from this understanding, to support the establishment of family businesses in the context of developmental disabilities. The research methodology includes demand analysis for entrepreneurship among families of individuals with developmental disabilities, conducted through surveys. It is expected that the findings of this study can contribute to the execution of policies related to the establishment of businesses by families of individuals with developmental disabilities by confirming the demand of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families as entrepreneurs and providing tailored entrepreneurship support systems.
