Methods Currently, silver targets that use or want to use beds are subdivided, and main targets and sub targets are selected. Personas were derived to identify user needs, and key issues were derived based on product recognition of smart beds, users' sleep habits, and convenience of services. Application of service design process centered on user experience. Design development was carried out based on the discovery of Idea such as ease of use and efficiency. Results Based on Silver Target's Needs survey on smart bed services that can be efficiently used to relieve pain and improve sleep quality based on biometric information, design concepts were developed in three major directions: products that identify users' sleep conditions and provide user-friendly services.
