Large companies can bring in tacit knowledge at once by M&A with individuals and SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises), and they can also get ahead by transferring only the patented technology itself. Since it must remain a going-concern while creating market conditions over time, it comes to the conclusion that our IPR(Intellectual Property Rights) system is a social and political capitalism system that considers trends and platforms and even receives help from the tariff act (in the case of the United States). In this paper, we do not limit ourselves to the IP-R&D perspective, but deal with cases of success and failure in idea industrialization with an awareness of the problem of “conglomerates‘ powers and individuals’/SMEs’ choices.” We think of this as a process of pushing and pulling each other from the perspective of the 4P(product, price, promotion, place) and 5Forces(competitors, entrants, substitutes, buyers, suppliers) in business administration. Analyzed in the following order: (1) M&A cases, (2) securing competitive advantage through patent purchase and sale, (3) unripe markets and substitutes, (4) bottom-up customer communication, and (5) enlarged 4P expansion strategy. Ultimately, we want to understand this as a process of finding balance between the two greatest forces within capitalism.
