커피교육서비스가 카페창업성취욕구에 미치는 영향: 기회탐색의 매개효과와 창업지원정책의 조절효과

As the coffee industry expands and develops, the demand for people with specialized knowledge and skills in this field is increasing. In response, coffee education institutions are offering more systematic and practical training programs. Many universities have established coffee barista departments and food entrepreneurship departments, offering various coffee education programs and entrepreneurship training. In addition, many universities have set up startup incubation centers or startup education centers as a support base to help students develop a positive mindset toward entrepreneurship and carry out enterprising activities, and are implementing various entrepreneurship education support to foster young entrepreneurs, and as part of this, coffee education and cafe startup education are actively being carried out. Cafes are a field that can be started with relatively little cost, and such small-capital startups may have more social significance. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of coffee education services provided by a domestic university's startup support group and a vocational college's food service entrepreneurship department on cafe entrepreneurship achievement desire. In addition, this study aims to investigate whether the impact of coffee education services on entrepreneurs' desire to start a cafe is mediated by opportunity exploration, and how external environmental factors affect the entrepreneurial process by examining the impact of policy support on entrepreneurs' utilization of education services and their desire to start a cafe. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the coffee industry and entrepreneurship education fields, as well as to the formulation of entrepreneurship support and education policies.
