개업공인중개사의 역량요인이 직무만족 및 서비스질에 미치는 영향연구

In the Republic of Korea, the real estate market size has increased due to rapid economic growth, and the role of licensed real estate agents in real estate transactions has taken on great importance. Licensed real estate agents have specialized knowledge and experience in real estate transactions. They use their professional knowledge to understand real estate market trends, laws and regulations, contract procedures, and any other related information and convey them to customers to provide professional advice and assistance. Today's society demands that professionals have the right competencies and does not exclude licensed real estate agents. This study used licensed real estate agents in private practice as the population group, examined the impact of their capabilities on job satisfaction and service quality, and investigated the causal relationship between their job satisfaction and service quality. In addition, by classifying the capabilities of licensed real estate agents into creative ability, networking ability, and self-control ability, it was possible to identify which factors improve the job satisfaction and service quality of licensed real estate agents in private practice and achieve the purpose of the study, which was to reveal how licensed real estate agents contribute to increasing the competitiveness of their brokerage service businesses. Then, this study set competency factors, job satisfaction, and service quality of licensed real estate agents as research variables. Finally, it verified the causal relationship between these variables, providing implications for licensed real estate agents opening and operating licensed real estate businesses in South Korea.
